2. Who can see your data
- Experts you choose: only after you share your profile, and only the parts you select. Sharing ends when you withdraw or the work is completed.
- Our team: authorised Unipravas staff can see accounts to verify experts, give support, keep the platform safe and check data quality.
- Community feed: posts and comments can be read by anyone visiting the site. Signed-in members see your name and photo; visitors who are not signed in see students by first name and last initial only, without photo. The feed is not shown in search engines. Congratulations posts use your first name only.
- Service providers who run the service for us, such as hosting, email delivery and [analytics, only with your consent]. They may use your data only to provide that service.
- Authorities, only when the law requires it.
We do not sell personal data, rent it, or share it with universities, agents, banks or lenders without your clear permission.
3. How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is open. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data within [30] days, except what the law requires us to keep. [Retention periods to be confirmed by legal counsel.]
4. Your rights
You can see and correct your profile at any time. You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct or delete it, or to withdraw consent, by writing to [support email]. These rights follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and the laws of your country where they apply. [Grievance officer name and contact to be added.]
5. Cookies and browser storage
We store a few small items in your browser so the site works: your sign-in, your chosen currency and some saved lists. [If analytics is added, it runs only after you accept it, and you can change your choice at any time.]
6. Security
Passwords are stored encrypted, connections use HTTPS, and access to personal data is limited to people who need it. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
7. Children
If you are under 18, please use Unipravas with a parent or guardian's consent.

We will tell you about important changes on the site or by email. Questions or complaints: [support email].
