Your real chances.Your real costs.Who you're trusting.

Every student should know these before they spend. Most start with a friend's advice, a few videos and an agent's promise. Start with facts about yourself instead.

POPULAR DESTINATIONS

Where students are going this year

Fees, post-study work visas and university lists for every country come from the same live database.

THE REAL PROBLEM WE SOLVE

Most visa refusals are decided before you apply

Students often share savings, property papers and transcripts, take a large loan and pay fees before anyone checks whether the profile actually holds up.

Profile check first

GPA, work experience, study gaps and backlogs are evaluated before any university is shortlisted.

Career-aligned courses

Your background is matched to programmes you can justify in an SOP and a visa interview.

Funds checklist

See the embassy rules for sponsor income and bank balances, so you can check your documents before taking a loan.

Risks fixed early

Refusal flags are spotted upfront and resolved with verified experts before you file.

WITH YOUR PROFILE

One profile. A plan that fits you, and experts you control.

Fill in your profile once. Everything below updates when your answers change.

Your personal plan

Universities and courses in your chosen countries, ranked by how well they match your marks, English, subject and work. 80% or more is a strong match.

  • Timeline back from your intake, with overdue steps flagged

You decide who sees your profile

Experts see your details only after you share them, and only the parts you choose. One expert of each kind at a time - consultant, SOP writer, CA and document checker.

  • Experts are reviewed by our team before students can find them
  • Rate them when the work is done

See the work as it happens

Your expert's progress, requests and files arrive on your profile, with a notification each time - no chasing on the phone.

  • Upload what they ask for in one place
  • Shortlists with fees and deadlines as a searchable table

PRE-DEPARTURE GUIDE

Protect your money after the offer letter

Practical answers to the questions students ask most between visa filing and landing.

GOLDEN RULE

Don't book flights until the visa is in your passport

Processing delays and extra checks happen even to strong profiles, and airlines rarely refund non-flexible tickets.

Will the university wait if my visa is late?

Usually yes. Most universities in the UK, Ireland, Canada, Australia and Germany issue a late arrival letter allowing 2–4 extra weeks. Tell the international office as soon as you know.

Visa approved — what next?

  1. Confirm your arrival date with the university.
  2. Load a forex card and keep about €500 / $500 in cash.
  3. Book at least temporary accommodation before you fly.

What goes in my hand luggage?

Originals plus 3 copies, never in checked bags:

  • Passport with visa
  • CAS / I-20 / offer letter
  • Bank statement & loan sanction letter
  • Transcripts, degree, medical & fee receipts

What happens after landing?

  1. Immigration: show your document folder and answer basic questions.
  2. First 2 weeks: collect your residence permit (BRP, IRP, etc.).
  3. Settle in: get a tax/social security number and open a local bank account.
